The newly developed compound type high-speed precision injection molding machine combines advanced ideas in hydraulic and electric fields. The oil and electric compound working method (preplasticize with low-speed and big torque servo motor) can realize opening mold and preplasticizing at the same time, which can shorten the production cycle efficiently and improve the production efficiency.
Adopting the big oil cylinder together with Nitrogen for injection (Max injection pressure can reach 280MPA and the max injection rate can reach 600mm/s), qualified for the production of thin-wall parts; injection units and clamping units are equipped with Servo feedback direction system which improves the measurement precision of the injection system and reproducibility of injection position. It can realize the stability of the whole action on the basis of high-speed operation in the process of clamping and therefore ensure the safety of the mold and production efficiency.
